24HourIns provides access to auto insurance information, quote assistance, and connections to licensed insurance agents and carriers. We do not guarantee coverage approval, pricing, or eligibility. Coverage availability is subject to underwriting guidelines of insurance carriers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use our Services. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. No Insurance Binding Authority

24HourIns is not an insurance carrier and does not bind, issue, or underwrite insurance policies. All insurance decisions are made solely by licensed agents and insurance companies.

4. Communications Consent (TCPA)

By submitting your information, calling our number, or otherwise interacting with our Services, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails related to insurance quotes, including messages sent using automated technology or prerecorded messages. Consent is not required to purchase insurance. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

  • Submitting false or misleading information

  • Attempting to disrupt or misuse the Services

  • Using the Services for solicitation, spam, or marketing purposes

6. Fees and Payments

Our quote and referral Services are provided at no cost to consumers unless otherwise stated. Insurance premiums, fees, and payments are handled directly by insurance carriers or licensed agents.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, and design elements are the property of 24HourIns and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24HourIns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services or inability to obtain insurance coverage.

9. Third-Party Services

We may connect you with third-party insurance agents, carriers, or service providers. We are not responsible for their actions, pricing, coverage decisions, or policies.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
