Reinstatements
- Locate client on carrier website
- Navigate to “Make Payment”
- Make sure policy is reinstatable, and the amount you’re collecting is at least the amount of the regular monthly payment.
- Send client docusign of SNL (Statement of No Loss) and THEN charge their card to process reinstatement.
